Cancellation:

We have a very strict cancellation policy of a minimum of 24-hour notice. If you are not able to cancel a minimum of 24 hours before your scheduled session you will be liable to pay a minimum of 50% of your scheduled session fee. As well as going into the future you will need to put a deposit down when scheduling any future sessions. 

Late Arrival: 

Because of late arrival at your therapist's discretion, she may need to shorten your session due to needing to maintain time for sessions to follow. If you are going to be late we ask that you do please call and let Tiffani know because she worries about her clients!
